The peripheries of Atwood Farms are loaded with blackberries every August. We hand picked and processed 50lbs of berries to add mild blackberry color, aroma and flavor to this balanced farmhouse saison. It's more “La Croix” than “New Glarus” in it's fruit character. Available once a year, just a few weeks after the blackberry crop hits it's peak. It's a handsome beer, just like our son, Xavier.
